I bought some rings and bracelets from target the other day because I can tell you they had caught my eye at once! They were like really girly, made out of good materials, with no nickel. I think it's pretty good quality stuff for its price (:
The only minus is that they brake easily - they are pretty fragile, hehe.

their accessories are great. i am big on earrings and belts, both of which target has a wide selection of. their scarves and tote bags are adorable as well. i find that the quality doesn't rival that of specialty stores for these items, but they certainly do the Job and look cute while doing it.
