I wear blazers almost every day for work and I have 2-3 from Banana Republic. I love them because they are usually a classic cut, very good quality and long lasting.

I have a great black v-neck cardigan from BR and I LOVE it! The fit is perfect and the fabric always hold its shape, although, it is a pain to wash and dry. Love it all the same, though! It looks great worn many ways, as well. One of my fav cardis!
